Tecnomedica is managed by a Board of Directors on which sit representatives of the family that founded the company.
The organizational structure provides for the division into business areas (horizontal functions) which are to support productive business units that represent the core business. Each business unit pursues the common Corporate Mission, Vision and it acts in connection with business reach planned production targets, consistent with the company's three year business plan.
